Grace wasn’t given the standard foods that are dangerous for kids by Shan. She ate sandwiches with peanut butter and jelly, organic chicken, and vegetables.
Since she was a baby, she has adhered to a “Paleo Diet,” forgoing grains and dairy in favor of food. Although it might seem a bit harsh, she claims that her daughter never gets sick and enjoys eating wholesome foods.
Fried eggs in coconut oil, roasted vegetables, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and avocado make up Grace’s breakfast. Grace’s morning was unremarkable.
She had roasted chicken and steamed vegetables for lunch and only fruits like strawberries and bananas as snacks.

Her mother has a scientific degree in agriculture and developed a cookbook with nutritious recipes.
Because of her robust immune system, she has never been ill in her entire life. The mother responds, “I want Grace to eat whatever makes her happy.”
