Chad Doerman, 32, was detained after being accused of killing his three sons, 3, 4, and 7. The police bodycam footage from the arrest of Doerman has now been made public. Moments after killing his children, he is seen in the video.
Doerman is accused of using a rifle to kill his three boys. On June 15, police were sent to the house of the Monroe Township, Ohio, resident after receiving 911 calls. The first call came from a woman yelling that “her babies had been shot,” while the second call was from a driver who claimed to have seen a young girl rushing down the street while screaming that “her father was killing everyone.”
Deputies and EMS arrived to find the three little boys lifeless. According to reports, they passed away there.

Doerman, according to the prosecution, “confessed to planning and carrying out the deaths of victims involved for several months.” His three boys were lined up in the yard, and he reportedly used his gun to execute-style shoot them. Although one of the boys managed to flee to a nearby field, Doerman took him back to the yard and shot him.
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office recently released bodycam video of the arrest. On his front doorstep, Doerman sits seated, his rifle by his side. The officers approach cautiously before slamming him on the ground and handcuffing him.
“Man, I ain’t trying to hurt nobody. I’m completely sober. Never done drugs in my life,” Doerman asserts on the tape before adding that he had used narcotics but was now “sober.”

He assures the officers, “I’m not trying to hurt you,” before ordering his dog into the house.
The mother of the boys can be heard in the background of the video stating, “They’re dead, aren’t they? What must I do? Then she cries in agony, “He took my life from me, my life! They are so small.
In one scene from the video, he requests permission from officials to roll over and respond to their inquiries. “I’m not going to injure you. I’m not upset. He said, “I ain’t nothing before I warn you about my dog. After that, he requests permission to stand up since he felt “kind of uncomfortable.”

He confirms that his stepdaughter had raced to the fire department as he is being led to the rear of the sheriff’s car. Then he requests that his back pocket’s wallet be taken out. He is told to “Shut up. You have the right to remain silent; f—ing use it.”
Three counts of aggravated murder were brought against Doerman. The mother of the boys also received a gunshot wound to the hand, which, according to the prosecution, she incurred “in her attempt to protect her children.”
A $20 million bond was used to hold his bail. a record-breaking sum for the county. He has already admitted to the killings, says the prosecution, and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 26.

A GoFundMe was launched by Rachel Brown, the mother’s sister, and the boys’ aunt, to support her sister during this trying time. “My sister lost her three amazing babies yesterday. Nothing will make this better; it will never be okay. But please, if you can find it in your heart to help relieve the financial burden of this tragedy, donate. No one should have to go through this,” she wrote.
Although the campaign’s initial aim was $20,000, it raised ten times that amount.
How heartbreakingly pointless this tragedy is. It’s horrible when a man murders his kids.
