Recently, brain surgery was carried out on Zach Roloff, who stars in the TV show Little People, Big World.
Thursday was when his wife, Tori Roloff, shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram.
“Not exactly how we saw our week going…” she began the caption of her post, which included two photos of Zach in a hospital bed.
“Zachary had emergency shunt revision this morning.”
Zach’s father, Matt Roloff, was the first to give a hint that something might be wrong when he posted a photo of his son and asked his followers to pray for him because his son, who was 32 years old at the time, was preparing for an “important shunt revision.”
On Wednesday night, Tori also tweeted a request for prayers on her Instagram stories, asking her fans to keep her in their hearts and prayers.
“They say it’s a routine surgery, but it’s far from my routine, and Zach and I are nervous,” added Tori. “It feels big to us, but we trust his doctors and their ability and knowledge! “Any prayers are greatly appreciated!”
After the surgery, Tori gave an update on her husband’s condition.
“It’s been a scary 72 hours, but he is recovering and recovering!!”
She also appreciated Amy Roloff, Zach’s mother, and everyone involved in the procedure. “for holding down the fort and playing hide and seeks for who knows how many hours.”
The couple’s children are Jackson, who is five years old; Lilah, who is 3 years old; and Josiah, who is 9 months old.
The reality TV star said she hoped the next surgery would fix her husband’s health problems.
“I’m here praying that Zach’s recovery is quick and easy and that this will be our answered prayer for relieving his migraines!”
“You’re a freaking badass, Zach. You just had brain surgery… and handled it like a rockstar. I’m so proud of you.”
